Here’s a great review of Crave It.
We’ve sold out of the first print run and are now selling books from the second print run.
Thanks to everyone who came out for the launch of Crave It: Writers and Artists Do Food, and made it such a fun and successful evening!
Special thanks to those who read their work from the anthology. It was wonderful that so many of you could be there to help us celebrate!
A big thank you to Batcher, Wasserman and Associates for their generosity in providing the wine and other drinks!
Thank you, Andrew Macrae, for taking great photos of the launch!
And many thanks to Ruth and Richard Parker and their team of volunteers, Don and Jean Pysklywec and Terry Lohse, who made and served such delicious food!
Red Claw Press dedicated the launch to Barbara Freeze, whose essay, “Silence and Slow Time,” so beautifully captures the spirit of the anthology. Barbara had a stroke this winter and was unable to attend the launch. We send her thanks for her wonderful essay and good wishes for a full and speedy recovery. Here is a video clip of K.D. Miller dedicating the launch to Barbara:
